The shift from "impossible" to "I'mpossible" is such a clever and empowering reframe—it’s like turning a dead end into an open door. But even with reframing, I’ve found that deeper patterns can still hold us back from fully believing it’s possible. Things like fear of failure or imposter syndrome can keep that “I’mpossible” feeling just out of reach. When those deeper blocks are cleared, though, it’s amazing how naturally that belief falls into place. Curious—how do you think this reframe works for those struggling with those inner hurdles?

Stavros - I appreciate the question. I am actually facing those inner hurdles myself and attempting to live my own words (or as we say in Silicon Valley - eat my own dogfood). I just got the dissolution papers for a company that I helped to co-found 10 years ago. After many miles of effort and near misses, plus one OEM partner who effectively took our idea and tried to run with it internally, I sit in reflection of what could have been. So, I dust off and push forward with new wisdom.

Thanks for sharing that—it sounds like you’ve been through a lot, and it’s great that you’re using those lessons to move forward.

What I’ve found is that clearing those inner hurdles isn’t about erasing the past (though the emotion of the past can be cleared) but learning how to make it work for you in the next chapter.

How are you finding the process of pushing forward with this new perspective?

Tobin, Love how you show us how to reframe our perceptions, especially for those of us “over 50” LOL

“relevance isn’t about keeping up; it’s about breaking through”

“Imagine a future where “confidence” is no longer about comparing yourself to the pace of the world but about trusting in your ability to adapt, grow, and create. This isn’t just reinvention; it’s reinvigoration.”

This is the way we can find purpose at any age! TY
